Orders at Poppedoll are sent free of charge from 75.- within the Netherlands, via the PostNL 24-hour service. Regular products are sent as letterbox mail and fit through the letterbox. If you order before 3 p.m. on business days, your order will still be sent that day and you will normally receive your order the next day. Do you order on Saturday or Sunday? Then your order will be delivered on Tuesday.

We do everything to ensure that your order is delivered on time. However, due to circumstances it may occur that your order is delayed. If we cannot send an order on time, we will always inform you by e-mail. However, your order may also be delayed after it has been sent. Unfortunately we have no influence on delays that occur during the delivery.

Shipping to Belgium and Germany

For orders sent to Belgium and Germany we charge € 13 in delivery costs. Also take into account two to three days extra delivery time.

Returns

Are you not satisfied with your order? Then you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The condition is that the original labels must still be attached.

Complete the return form and include it in the return shipment

Hand in your package at a PostNL service point, have it franked and keep the receipt. We recommend that you send the package with Track & Trace code so that you can easily follow it.
Within 14 days after receiving the return, we will refund the purchase amount.
